My store owner/manager is hiring people at 16$ an hour while I'm currently making 16.25, and I've been there for 4 years. Multiple other people are making right around 16 as well and have been there for over a year. The manager/owner complain all the time about not being able to keep new hires.
Is there a reason that I don't understand that they do this? Why don't they just pay the people they already have more so they want to work?
If this isn't the place for this post, I apologize. I'm just very confused.
