Sometimes our mental well-being is worth the risk.

Just read a report that stated that working from home can cause physical harm to your body. It states that it can cause blood clots and heart disease. But what about our mental and emotional well-being? There have been jobs that I have quit before where the job is very physically demanding but mentally and emotionally i am completely drained. Bad management can ruin a great job and not having to deal with those managers on the day-to-day basis, can be absolutely rewarding and refreshing. Plus, if you're working a job where you are sitting at a computer or even perhaps assembling things at your house for shipment out, you know how to be physical. You know how to get up and walk around every 45 minutes. Stand up and walk and stretch and go to the bathroom and get a snack and get a drink. You are not tethered…

Sometimes taking care of your mental and emotional well-being can actually improve your physical well-being. Sorry for the rant but this is just my two cents.
