Tittle sums it up. I’m part of lower level management. Had a management meeting cuz the current sales floor isn’t hitting their goals or putting effort in.
The head honcho said…all of your pay checks are staying the same (cuz management is hitting their goals and numbers), but my pay check is going down(cuz overall company isn’t hitting their goals).
Am I wrong for thinking that’s his problem and not mine? Very few people are making more profit for the the company and/or staying the same, including me.
Should I tell him; well maybe you aren’t cut out for owning your company if you can’t take the loss.
If someone can’t take the wins and losses in owning a company…they shouldn’t own a company in the first place?
