Today I spent 5 hours of my day on a fucking spreadsheet for a client with their spends on their plan with our IT company vs a new plan were proposing for them. I asked if my boss could review it, and she took out most of the information. Took out all of my work, and even admitted that she learned best from her spreadsheets “being ripped to shreds”. I hate when bosses tell you everything you did wrong, but don’t tell you what you did right. It left me feeling resentful of her, like I don’t want to do shit for her anymore. Are there any nice bosses out there? I certainly haven’t had any. Rant over.
