Are these staffing agencies, or whatever other term you want to use, common practice now for finding employment. I am really sick of the way they work and don't understand why it seems so many people use them. I feel like I would have a better chance finding companies I qualify to work at and somehow applying without the middle man. It just seems like such a headache to me. Opinions?
