As the title states I’m in the process of starting a business in the beginning I will not have employees but at some point hopefully I will. I already plan on paying significantly more then most other companies who do the same thing ( commercial cleaning) but I want people to enjoy working for me and have a feeling they would have a stake in the company being successful. I have worked for other company’s and I know what I would want but I’d like to hear some ideas from everyone here. We are obviously not going to be a huge company in the beginning so what could we do even if we can’t afford to do a lot? I’m thinking incentives and pizza parties in the clock so everyone is still getting money while having a nice dinner yearly profit bonuses when feasible. I know this may seem a weird place to post this but as someone who wants to have happy employees this seemed the right spot for that.
