Whenever they need me to come in I come, if someone doesn’t show up on my off day I come, if I’m sick I still have to show up. I explained how I was feeling, about my pay, and how the whole year I’ve been working it’s been like this. His response was “oh you’ve only been working a year, I have other managers from different stores that have been with me for 10 plus years. The year that you’ve been with me means nothing”. I should’ve walked out but I didn’t, I feel stupid. I’m currently looking for any job I can find, I just want to leave this place.
