Told I'm redundant 2 weeks ago, asked to apply internally for other roles when I stated I wanted to take the money and go. I've been in utter turmoil, been there 10y. It's a huge decision to make. I've got until Monday to decide if I want to apply for any of the jobs.
Over the last week I've been very unwell, ended up hospitalised sort of unwell. Some of my organs are inflamed and the drs were baffled, no gallstones etc. They said this never happens, they've not seen it before.. it's likely stress related.
I've got to work until mid-Sept. I don't want to. I'm seeing my Dr on Monday for a sicknote. Would it be shitty if I was off for the remainder of my employment? I'm so mad it's made me this ill. I've been crying all week, I'm utterly miserable and so angry.
