So like, I've heard people blame other people for being poor because they “Buy too much stuff.” Reasonable. Stop buying stuff, save money. Stuff stops being bought, the economy is in decline. Stores close, people lose jobs. Less money. End. Buying stuff is literally the point of capitalism isn't it? If we all just… stopped buying stuff, wouldn't that wreck their system? I just hear the argument so often.
