Have never been on shift where it was more than just me or some random coworker. Two people to run a store is not enough. You have to do substantially more on your own to keep up in the store than you would in a different fast food chain where they are “appropriately” staffed. Subway doesn’t care about the restaurant, they only care about selling the property their franchise is sitting on.
