Super Intendent keeps spraying aerosol outside my apartment

I know this probably isnt the right place to do this, tell me the right place if you know :). I live in Canada, and want to note she is the RETIRED super intendent. No one is smoking in my apartment and sometimes she sprays the outside with fabreez when I'm cooking. Me and her have had a conversation about people smoking so I'm pretty sure she thinks I'm smoking and I don't just smell like $%#% (I know one of you are gunna go there) Is that legal What should I do about it?
