I work customer service for an insurance broker. It's sort of like a call center but also sort of not really. Anyways, tonight was their thanksgiving company dinner. All four offices got together and connected through zoom for a shared dinner. Everything was okay, until after a couple drinks later our supervisor got nosy. She's always nosy, acts like a child tbh, but tonight she really crossed a line. One of my male coworkers kinda has a thing with this female coworker, she has a boyfriend but it's pretty obvious they're messing around. I've been cheated on before and it sucks but it's really none of our business though. So at one point male coworker is showing us some pictures on his phone, he gives our supervisor the phone so she can look. Then she says she's gonna look at his messages… She always jokes like that so he didn't believe her. But she actually did it. She said “omg I see the porn you're sending each other” and proceeded to show the phone to his best friend (who's the girl's cousin too). Then everything got quiet. She eventually gave the phone back. But I looked at the female coworker, she was teary-eyed and was trying to look away to hide it. I really can't believe the just blatant disregard for privacy. Like I said I think cheating is horrible, but it's not our fucking business and she literally saw her nudes. Like that just sounds illegal to me.
