I have a micromanaging boss at a small company. He is intrusive in every department. I have been there 6 months and He is constantly re writing my work and I’m like why did you hire me then? I’m not bad at my job. My immediate supervisor doesn’t have too many changes. I haven’t had this much editing done to my work in any other job. I have over 5 years experience and 2 degrees in my field. I’m so burned out already and don’t feel trusted. Plz help? I feel like shit about my skills
