Surprise 50-60 hr/week expectations

I started a new non-profit job about a month and a half or so ago running their outreach and case management programs for homeless youth. During the interview process I was really clear about not being exploited, and about how my only two major social obligations are D&D on Tuesday nights and the occasional Monday or Friday off so that I could go help my disabled mother-in-law get her legal and living situation sorted. Three weeks into the job, my direct supervisor quits leaving me with a program in shambles and a small team that stress how we have to help each other out while simultaneously acting like I’m pulling their teeth when I say I need someone else to come on outreach while there is a gap in volunteer coverage (something that the volunteer manager is in charge of, not me.) I started a new non-profit job about a month and a half or so ago running their outreach and case management programs for homeless youth. During the interview process I was really clear about not being exploited, and about how my only two major social obligations are D&D on Tuesday nights and the occasional Monday or Friday off so that I could go help my disabled mother-in-law get her legal and living situation sorted. Three weeks into the job, my direct supervisor quits leaving me with a program in shambles and a small team that stress how we have to help each other out while simultaneously acting like I’m pulling their teeth when I say I need someone else to come on outreach while there is a gap in volunteer coverage (something that the volunteer manager is in charge of, not me.) They also left with me with no actual case managers, so I’m having to try to hire up while providing all youth support myself. Cut to today, after surprise having to work a 50 hr/wk last week because of my coworkers incompetence, being told that until we get any other case managers (which won’t happen for months based off of it being part time) that I should expect to work 50-60 hour weeks and that no, I can’t go help sort if my mother-in-law needs to be moved into supportive housing. I’m livid. If anyone knows any decent social work jobs in Seattle, let me know. I’m very very good at my job (which is part of the problem, if I was incompetent I would have way more support) especially love outreach, and I’m unwilling to work for an organization that exploits me to such a degree when I clearly stated in my interviews that wouldn’t fly with me.
