My boss suspended me claiming code of conduct was broken. They have no evidence of wrong doing from me and I sent an appeal to the write up to HR. It's been 6 weeks and it's still “pending”. I haven't got a different job or received unemployment. What's the best course of action? SEATTLE WA
EDIT: Please note there was a second 3rd party investigation with the Port of Seattle which is why my boss suspended me for a made up reason. The investigation not only said I did nothing wrong but the Port said they weren't even going to give documentation to my company of any kind.
