Company based in Helsinki(Finland) is growing like crazy by exploiting it’s workers. After raising €140,000,000 in another funding round, they FINALLY decided to raise employees salary by a huge 1.5% (€0.15). It doesn’t help the starting salary is €10.50. All this, while they brag to media and employees how they are #1 in used iPhone sales, yet you make more money as a janitor or cashier at any supermarket. If you are lucky and kiss ass, they might promote you to a different role, but minimally increase pay while demanding much more output. Outside of this, you have completely incompetent people at all levels of management including the CEO who never steps foot into the operations office and spends time in his cozy suite. HR is useless, they have people with no tech/IT background in charge of hiring developers, people who have no work experience outside of swappie working in HR, people like Sami who claim to have 10+ years if quality assurance experience yet all he manages to do is move a few tables around. Many examples but PLEASE upvote this to shame them into giving decent pay to their employees.
