Hello, my job had me work from 4pm-12am and having to come back in the next day at 7am. Most of the time the overnight did not come in till around 1230ish with my boss telling me i had to wait regardless and still be on time the next day. Apparently when my bosses supervisor found out she changed my shift so I can leave earlier and come in later. I did this for 4 years and recently read that is considered a swing shift and I should have been paid more. Anyone know anything about swing shift?
