Take a hint

So Wednesday I had a chat with my district manager. In short I asked her about reviews. She replied reviews can happen anytime but as of now no more raises…labor is too high. I told her you said 3 weeks ago labor was too high that’s because of tax season. January is notoriously slow business wise. If I’m not replying to texts or answering calls take a hint. No amount of badgering me will get me to change my mind, it’s just gonna piss me off. Based on the no raise comment I’m doing the bare minimum work. I’m not covering anyones shifts but mine. I’ll work my night job where I not only get raises but I’m being trained right now to close the store which is essentially manager. Work ethic is decided on how I’m treated.
