Can I claim my uber travels to and from work on my taxes next year? I live in a spot where the bus doesn't always run to my job, and when it does, I still have to walk 30-50 minutes, depending on how fast I walk. So uber is the best option, especially when it is raining or cold or snowing( midwest). For clarity, the bus runs 2 different time frames on weekdays, and it haven't seen it run on weekends.
