Was wondering who here with engineering backgrounds found jobs where they could still do technical work but not have to take a piss/hair test?
I really hate production, and can’t see myself going back to a traditional role when I complete my PhD (I previously worked in both process and quality).
I’m trying to think of a job that I can still partake and not worry about getting randoed. I’m very mechanically inclined, I maintain and rebuild all of my own pumps, furnaces, and experimental setups. Would be fine doing something that didnt require a PhD. Any suggestions. Do legal states have it easier?
