Tell Me What to Do.

Hello world. Just a little background about myself. I graduated in 2018 with my bachelor's degree and have been job hopping ever since. I've always had two jobs at a time, if not three. It's the only way I've been able to live. I am currently working at a law firm doing legal secretary work for minimum wage. Which is fine and not fine at the same time. My degree is in criminal justice so I do have a little bit of legal studies under my belt but I had never been a legal secretary until I got this position, so the minimal pay is understandable but disappointing. After about 6 months with the firm, I was approached by a superior and asked if I would be interested in taking a legal secretary course, they would be paying.
I of course said yes, I've always been one to jump at opportunities to learn. A few weeks later they came to me with a packet of information regarding the course along with an employment agreement. They would pay for the course and books as long as I agreed to work for them for at least two years, totally understandable. However, I kept reading and it mentions my salary. The salary that I would have for the next two years. It was literally the exact same I make now. That felt like a low blow. Maybe I'm just being sensitive.

The other job I am currently working is as a server at a local pub and grill style restaurant. I've been there for over a year and I make pretty damn decent money only working a few hours a night. However, they have recently expressed interest in me writing the schedule along with other managerial duties. And since I would have control over the schedule, I would have control over how many hours I have. I know the server life career is kind of frowned upon but I really enjoy it. To be honest, I really enjoy my other job too, I'm just beyond stressed and I need more income.

The thing that hurts with my full time job is the ridiculous amount of money I have to pay for my freaking health insurance every pay period. But if I work at a job that doesn't offer insurance, then I qualify for “discounted insurance” and pay $50 a month instead of $300. I'm just at a loss. I'm so tired of job hopping and I actually want to work. I just don't know what's right and wrong anymore.
