Hello. Not to go into detail but I work for a dysfunctional company and it keeps getting worse as they try to “change” things. The communication is terrible and nobody is ever on the same page.
I'm currently searching and applying for other jobs, but my current job is becoming unbearable. I'm at the point I would love to get let go, collect unemployment and search full time.
Another user on here said they let their employer know that they were job searching and were let go and still got unemployment. They phrased it that they would continue to do their job to the best of their ability, but were actively searching for another job and that this was not their resignation.
Just wanted to get more thoughts on this approach and if anyone else has tried it.
