Terrible management

So I made a post a few days ago with an image of a text from my project manager saying my job was canceled due to weather and he was trying to put his job onto me and my coworker. I told him I’m not doing it and he responded with, “Why not? You don’t want the hours?” I didn’t respond to that. There was some people who commented saying he’s just asking and trying to give you hours…I don’t feel like really explaining what kind of company this is. It’s a whole lot. Honestly I could get the company shut down with the stuff I know. It’s a small company. Well my project manager is VERY talkative and has no problems communicating UNLESS he has a problem with you. I usually ignore managements pettiness. That includes the CEO’s son who’s gonna be taking over. He’s actually running everything already…

Honestly I could get the company shut down with the stuff I know. It’s a small company. Well my project manager is VERY talkative and has no problems communicating UNLESS he has a problem with you. I usually ignore managements pettiness. That includes the CEO’s son who’s gonna be taking over. He’s actually running everything already but his father just doesn’t want to retire yet and is still here. They all act like children when someone doesn’t just bend over for them. Well my project manager first started having a problem with me when I got a second job because my hours have greatly decrease due to this time of year. He doesn’t communicate with me and doesn’t set my check out like he did before hand(no they don’t have direct deposit). Well i was on the schedule with 3 other guys today. He’s texts EVERYONE else, but me letting me know we’re not working because of the weather. On pay day(a few days ago), I didn’t go in early(before my shift) to get my check but it wasn’t left out for me. He used to pin it on the board, put it underneath the keyboard, or something in the clock room so I can get it. He did nothing and I was lucky that the CEO was still there by the time I got there. This is a company that will try to make your work life hell to get you to quit instead of firing you. I’ve had one of the managers tell me that when I first started. There is soooooo much stuff but I don’t want to explain it all. I should’ve started a long time ago but I’m gonna start documenting shit. Oh and next week I’m not on schedule at all. Except Monday at an odd time with no job listed, but his yes boy is scheduled almost every day.🤔Could I be fired? Or “laid off for the winter”. They use that as their way of firing people too. They will just never contact you again when the busy season starts back up. I’m not your average employee. I take pride in my work and work hard. That’s why in less than a year, about 6 months, I’ve jumped from their base pay to their max wage. But I’m not their yes boy and they don’t like it. Any who. I’m not quitting just to show them they can’t get rid of me unless they fire me. I wouldn’t be surprised if one of them sees this. If you do…. Fuck you and suck my dick. I didn’t use your company name or anything so it’s not against policy.
