I have received a job offer from a company that I thought made a good product and had a good team with passionate and we'll treated people.
They asked me a salary expectation. Since it's in an other country I had no idea so I looked at Glassdoor to know if they had a salary range from previous workers. I have never seen a company with this much bad reviews. All of them tell the same story and it's a very sad and disappointing one. I left a bunch of very toxic companies before, which damaged me a lot and I am recovering. If it was not for all those people I would have moved in an other country to get hurt even more. Probably abandon my trade too.
Now I am going to ask for a big salary during the second interview and ask them why their review are so bad. I can't wait to see their face! All the reviews say they are desperate because of the high turnover and I am going to play with them.
