I've worked in corporate America for 15 years and retail America for 10 before that. I'd like to think I'm good at what I do; however, the pay was never enough and until I ran across you guys it never occurred to me that I could advocate for myself: I always thought I took what I was given and hoped for more at review time.
Thanks to your inspiration I successfully negotiated a 25% pay raise and a permanent ADA accommodation to work from home.
