If we stop spending, they are at our mercy. Reduce everything, buy 2nd hand, fuck retail. Find something that works resale. It is not just about the price. Do not bring new things into circulation.
Stop going out. I am a fucking server and I am saying that. Fuck the clubs, bars, games, restaurants. Stay home, read, they hate that. Talk to your loved ones, play with your kids, take a meal to the elderly, plant a herb garden, walk around outside somewhere.
You will be surprised how much you can do without and, conversely, how few hours you have to work.
Fuck the grind.
