The Best Way to Boost Workers’ Mental Health Is to Give Them Good Managers

The worst bosses and the best bosses according to article in the Scientific American. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of good quality management. All organizations will rise or fall on quality of leadership. Keep your managers happy…that does trickle down. Do not micromanage your employees. Just because an employee is good at something does not make them management material. Managers/Leaders need to be strong in emotional intelligence. If you are an owner or supervisor who is not emotionally intelligent, either sell the company, quit, or find a mentor who is and learn to grow the fuck up. A general rule: hire older people and pay them what they're worth.
