It's in Canada. I am currently working in the Richmond office as a property accountant. The boss wants to go work in her downtown Vancouver office for her other companies 3 days a week (2 days at Richmond office) starting next week. I said no because it's too far. I am willing to do the work for her other companies at my current office (I am already doing some of the work from her other buildings). The boss said she will be replacing me and I already saw the ad for my job posted.
I check the employment contract it does say “work at Richmond location or a place determined by the employer and at her sole discrestion” but it says nothing about working for another company.
I am planning to leave this company in January next year but I still need the two month of pay. What should I do?
