Our director has said we all need to come back to the office full time so we can 'learn from each other'.
I'm so angry. I know so many others are in the same boat.
I did all my training online. Ive proven my value and productivity over the last 18months. Others have worked for the company longer. And as far as I'm aware, there's not been a dip in productivity or 'learning'
This is just a rant. But if anyone has advice on how to fight this, I'm all ears.
Edit: I'm in a very niche industry and work for 'the best'. Changing positions isn't much of an option. I'm mostly after advice about strengthening my case, ideally to assist everyone and not just myself. Thanks.
