On mobile so sorry about formatting. I'm also UK based.
So I (30sF) work/worked as a security guard on a production site and today (day off) I have been told I've been offsited, so basically I'm not allowed back on site. They are yet to give a reason, if anyone is interested I will update once I know.
So, the client doesn't want me back on site, yet, does nothing but praise me (apparently). Recently though my supervisor has taken issue with me and put a grievance in against me. One of the grievance points was that I complained about someone stealing from me. He's a man-child. His grievance was rejected by upper management as it was mainly all to do with stuff that had already been dealt with. I did however get a first written warning for a comment (away from everyone but the supervisor) saying “It's fucking bullshit”. The manager who dealt with that was laughing as well.
Since the grievance, the supervisor has been avoiding working on the same days I do, this had caused endless issues and if I'm being honest it's a bit petty.
I now think Mr Supervisor who has been there 20+ years is being protected and the result is to have me removed from the site. My issue is I've only been there 11 months so don't know how I can fight it.
Sorry for it being a long one and probably all over the place.
