I work for a massive company that is planning significant layoffs. I don’t know what to do. I have a team of people who have families and kids who will be negatively impacted. Idk if I’ll have a job after this but I’ll figure it out. We’re supposed to find out next week what the restructure will look like. Does anyone have any advice?
