I'm a school bus driver right now. The entire country is hurting for drivers and everyone knows it and YET:
Going through the Indeed posts wanting school bus drivers is dealing with most narcissistic/demanding management in any industry
Most of the posts are these crazy long lists of demands with zero information about what drivers get in return. Yes, the wage is FINALLY getting mentioned much more often than it used to be, but they never list the hours, benefits, PTO or holiday pay info. They are almost entirely Nazi like “You Vill Do As You Are Told, peasant!”
Anyone who applies is basically saying “yes, it's ok to treat me likea little bitch before you even meet me”
And the schools stand around with their thumbs up their butts whining “why can't we get any drivers…?”
Is dumb af. Why can't they catch up with the times and post about the things that matter??
