The evidence that we are run by sociopaths lies in the job application process

I've been trying to understand why there are so many offered position with absolutely unreasonable requeriments and it led me to a conclusion: corporate world is designed by and for sociopaths. For example, a normal entry level job, that supposedly exists for new people in the industry so they can begin working for the first time, the salary is as expected with that principle, so are the bonuses and the working hours, but the experience needed is absurd.

When you publish an entry level job offer where you ask for 5 or 6 years of experience, you are not looking for entry level people, you want two specific kind of employees: natural liers that can manipulate your HR into hiring them or desperate people that should not be applying for an entry level offer but they have to pay rent.

There is a high probability that those natural liers are themselves socipaths, they will grow inside that environment and end in positions of power using the desperate poeple to prey on.

This is for me, not only the explanation of why so many managers and middle-bosses display an absolute lack of sympathy for other human beings so often, but also, why the corporate world seems to encourage this kind of behaviour in many ways.

This is of course, something that comes from my personal experience and many stories that I have read here, that are surprisingly close to mine and the people around me. It may be not your individual experience or maybe you haven't even think about it until now
