The fed is working to keep workers suppressed. How should we push back?

I’m so tired of companies being unregulated, charging unethical prices simply because they can, companies feeling like they have the right to profit at all costs, and the fed putting policy in place that results in pitting the working class against itself and quash our ability to fight corruption. Does anyone have experience with effective activism or tips for how people like myself, an average Joe, can get involved and push back? Edit: also a thought are there any ideas about how to organize communities in an area? Unions are great but they only organize within an industry, are there ways to organize across industries to compensate for our governments lack of regulations? Edit 2: Non violent solutions.
