Growing up in Texas I have heard of older generations recite and talk about the giving tree. The story is a heart breaking tale of how parents sacrifice for their children. The boomers especially love this story. But I believe that “The Giving Tree” is a tale without a real ending. As we can see the average boomer took all they could from their “Giving Tree” and they built a house out of wood… only to rent it out to their children so they could live in a brick house… END OF RANT
