So I'm working in the customer support business as a call center agent and it's terrible. I feel like they are sucking out my Soule and replacing it with emptiness. They want us to just take everything in whatever the fucking customers say and apologize for the mistake of the company. They are saying ” if you don't make 5 sales today you will stay 3 hours overtime hehe” as a fucking”joke” everyday. They want us to make ekstra shift's even tho we work for total 10 hours a day so 11 hours + 1 hour break talking to customer's and licking their asses so we can make sales.
İn the end of the day i just want sleep but I have a dream to be an successful editor and Videomaker so the rest of my time of the day I spend editing and improving but every second i spend in that place is just killing my motivation and creativity to do things.
