Manager doesn’t split tips evenly anything I can do?

So basically I work at a local subway and pretty much the deal is tips are given out once a month which is already pretty scummy as it is. The thing is when the manager divides up the tips they divide the tips based on how much they think each person has helped out the business. Which means they get 90% of the tips even though other employees lyees actually work more than them. It also means I get pretty much nothing. But even worse the manager and the person they work with are rude to customers and pretty much everyone hates them so they rarely ever get tipped. Meaning me and my other coworkers actually receive 99% of the actual tips made. Is there anything I can do about this? I was thinking about maybe putting a separate tip jar or a note on the tip saying to tip…
