Got told today I was sleeping on the job because the lights were off in one of the rooms that I work in. Apparently three doctors saw me sleeping. Computer logs show I was actively doing paperwork. I’ve never slept on the job.
Two days earlier a doctor said same thing, I was in my office from 7:50 to 8:15 sleeping. Time clock shows I didn’t clock in till 8. Was with a patient from 8-8:12. Did paperwork from there on.
It’s just really dumb to lie about something when my performance is the best on the team and I have logs to prove that I’m actively working.
