Yeah I get they're an apprentice, but min wage???? Are you serious?? You could quite literally go to the McDonalds across the street from them right now and get more money. Apprentices still have to know a lot, they go to school, they get training, they do a wide range of services on vehicles…. all for minimum wage??? They'd pay you less if they legally could, is what they're saying.
I worked there for just over a month as a service advisor, walked out 2 mondays ago because the place was bs. GM kept saying “Oh we're still looking for a new tech!”, no wonder we could never ever find one. Literally no other garages in the areas even have any openings right now, yet Nissan has 3 spots (which in a small town is fucking huge) they can't fill, wonder why that could be??
