My employer is supposed to match my contributions to my 401k at Fidelity. I’ve been monitoring it for a few weeks and have not seen any activity on their part. Today, I called Fidelity for a better understanding of what I’ve discovered. They thoroughly checked it out and confirmed my suspicions. Fidelity informed me that not only has my employer failed to contribute, they stopped doing so over 3 months ago. I am pissed to say the least. I informed two of my coworkers of my situation earlier and most of them didn’t know how to check their 401k account. I helped them get to their accounts and lo and behold, no employer contributions since March 2022. I cannot let them get away with this. I need to do something but what can I do? I need help so I turned to Reddit. The company needs to pay in any and every way.
