The Most Effective Strike

I would absolutely love if all of the employees in retail/fast food/restaurants/etc who make less than $15/hr (heck, even $20/hr) would strike in the same way as the Japanese bus drivers did 2018. They all still show up to work but provide all goods for free. Corporations would lose millions before they would realize what was happening and that's the only way to make these people listen: hit them in the wallet. It would suck that they still have to show up to work and would almost definitely get in trouble or fired but if enough workers did it, it would make such an amazing statement. The refusal to work for less than we're worth is starting to work, but rent prices just keep going up and a huge push is needed to get things on the side of the working class again.
