I just put in my two weeks notice at the office I work in after I had a disciplinary meeting where they presented me a list of every time I went poop over the last 2 months and asking to explain myself. My supervisor sat at her desk and actually timed every single one of my bathroom breaks. Now I have GI issues which I chose to disclose upon hire because I don't get much say in when it's time to go. I was also told that I didn't try hard enough to get into work when my car was in the shop for 1 month, and I lived 45 minutes away (on a day without traffic) and was relying on my mom for rides since the dealership refused to offer a loaner car.
