“The Procedure” has killed my will to Proceed

I got a new job. It pays 10000 more than my previous job, and I get to help people (young and old) with their educational plans. It's fulfilling. It pays more. I've been volunteering on and off with either animals or struggling students since I was nineteen. This should be my dream job, and I am passionate about it. We must record everything we do in an app. Everything. Half my shift is just pasting/editing things into this app. I am supposed to provide the human element. I am supposed to encourage students, but I am bogged down by extremely specific email and phone call scripts. I'm in my first month of training. They have personality tested me. I'm based in a large private career college, for the trades. The CEO put his children/relatives in all of the top management positions. Everybody else makes decent money, but the robotic elements are coming down from managers that can't get fired. So, guess what. The recording app is very buggy. The managers will never be punished for this, and we just have to do extra work. Extra training, and dumb tests that exist to make our managers look more competent. That's what tickets are. That's what traffic apps are. They exist to prop up incompetent management. My direct manager is the real admin and counseling manager. He openly admits he does not talk to his boss often. Less than once a week. That's not a job. I hate dealing with incompetence. Screw your procedures. Just say you're an INVESTOR. I do not care. LET ME DO MY JOB!!! GET OUT OF MY WAY!!!
