We want to take a moment to address the recent reports of suppression and harassment of pro-union members of the online Reddit community, “FedExxers,” by Fed Ex supervisors. As a community that advocates for fair working conditions and workers' rights, we know that this issue is of great concern to you.
It is deeply troubling to see workers who are simply exercising their right to organize and advocate for better working conditions face hostility and intimidation from their supervisors. We stand with all workers who are fighting for their rights, and we believe that it is crucial to speak out against this kind of behavior.
We have also learned of the retribution that the founding member of the Fed Ex union faced for simply posting twice in one day on Reddit, and that too union-related. This is a clear violation of the rules that govern the online community and is completely unjustified. We encourage all members of the Anti-Work subreddit to support their fellow workers who are fighting for a better workplace.
We understand that the struggle for fair working conditions can be difficult and intimidating, but we want you to know that the Fed Ex Labor Union is here to support you. We provide resources and guidance to help workers navigate these challenging situations and ensure that their rights are protected.
