Never trust verbal agreements always get everything said in writting. Ive only been at this job for two months and Im already looking to leave after being promised a commision check and not getting it because hr screwed up the hiring paperwork. Even after the paper work was corrected and I have a signed agreement, they are still refusing to give me my promised check. Can't ever trust your employer.
