The single most disappointing thing about Biden & the Rail Way Strike: Congress could, easily, sign a law to adopt the Worker’s needs.

Title, I suppose. Congress has the power to regulate interstate commerce. It would be trivial to say, “the railroad companies must provide x many sick and leave days per fiscal year”. Biden did not have to do this. He chose to, and that is what is infuriating and two-faced about his “pro-labor attitude”. Let’s be frank. Biden is merely trying to look “strong” for the next electoral cycle. It’s class warfare disguised as naked pragmatism.
