Hello! my restaurant frequently “calls people off” with limited notice (often less than an hour before) and this is really frustrating because it’s hard to plan bills. For context this is Ontario canada. Are there any laws against this or a law that states we still have to be paid for 3 hours? Is there anyway I can notify the labour board or anything?
