The toxic leadership of Barstool Sports

I'm not a member of the subreddit, but I recently had to read an article on leadership and it made me think of you all. It's an interview with the CEO of Barstool, where she mentions some of her horrible leadership advice. During the interview process, she intentionally texts potential employees at 11am or 9pm on Sunday and measures their response time! She essentially brags about the poor climate she promotes. ” I will push and push until I exhaust people.” Just wow, this is like a leadership 101 list of stuff not to do. source: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/14/business/erika-nardini-barstool-sports-value-of-leading-10-percent-players.html
