I've been a cook at this one restaurant for 3 months now; already I've seen a coworker who just worked here for a month.
She is a trans woman who her first couple shifts really dressed up with hair, make up, etcetera. Not what I'm attracted to but I still appreciated the effort and she looked great. Not just that, she was always working, always happy to help and always had a great attitude.
Her last shift before she quit: dirty sweats and hair in a pony tail. 'Girl, same…' I thought to myself when I saw the outfit. I really hope I didn't add to any of the production anxiety and craziness that made decide the work was not worth the money. I don't think I did but as a coworker and not a boss my influence is mostly non existent.
