I grew up in the 90s and 2000s. I remember watching music videos and movies and thinking that being an adult would be absolutely rad.
As an adult, I'm shattered.
The youth today watch hundreds of different YouTubers and “influencers” spend thousands to hundreds of thousands on a random YouTube everyday. They probably think being an adult will be just like that.
Can't even imagine the levels of depression our youth will face once they realize that they will barely scrape by in most cases, even with a college education.
I'm worried most of them will be in a complete state of despair, even worse than my generation.
All while not even including climate change and state of our environment on top of it.
